1. We have mentioned the warranty period details over product description page. Buyer can check the details of warranty on specific product by visiting manufacturer web site. If any warranty period not mention, then product is not under any warranty.

2. Due to improper connections, open electrical joints, wrong Adaptor/power supply, wrong connection if product blast or damage , manufacturer do not provide warranty in that case.

3. Warranty void in the following cases, physical damage, tear, water damage, Connector cut alter and misused.

4. Manufacturer’s provide Items serial number on it. That label should not damage anyhow.

5. Warranty claim shall by contacting nearest service center.

6. In case of product manufactured by “CAMNEX” Buyer have to courier us the Item at his own cost. We will replace /repaired that product and deliver the same by courier our cost.

7. Invoice copy and warranty card (If Available) is compulsory for warranty claim. Without this warranty claim will not accepted. If customer did not receive any of this during purchase or delivery then it is customer responsibility to collect it from our store or inform us within 24hrs to us on WhatsApp number.
